I know from personal experience that stress is one of the biggest underlying causes of mental and physical illnesses. I used to be someone who shut down completely when I was hurt or before a difficult conversation, and it negatively affected my personal and professional life.

When I was 25, I decided this needed to change. With the help of others, lots of work, time, and overcoming of fear I managed to do a 180, and today I’m a different person, it’s the best thing I could ever do for myself.

I’m a strong believer in the power of open communication, and I will guide you through the process of mediation so that you come out of it much happier, healthier, and hopeful. I believe that there’s an answer to everything, and there’s a solution to every conflict.
